Probably not. You don't say what year Q5. Recent model Q5 rims have a 5-112 bolt pattern while your TT is 5-100.

Nope. Just go to the tire rack web site and plug in the information on the car you are trying to get rims from. They will show you a list of rims. Click on one and it will tell you the bolt pattern and offset
