Default I almost forgot!! I got to sit in and listen to the Boston Acoustic' sTT show car!

wow!!! that is the most beautiful music i've ever heard from a car audio system... and i've listened to several show systems before (SQ not SPL)

It was clear, detailed, full, rich and even at REALLY loud levels did not give me the slightest headache. There was plenty of bass... but it was not heavy, unatural, or boomy like alot of systems are. It was more like you would hear from a finely tuned high end home audio system.

The boston rep driving the car was extremely nice!! he talked with me for several minutes, telling me about the system and the custom work to the car... and then we jumped in, shut the doors and had at least a 10 minute listen. I was elated. This was what I would consider a once in a lifetime chance and i'm glad I got the opportunity to experience it.

FYI the odd thing was... I spotted the car on my way to Denver in a little hole in the wall town called Alamosa. I wondered what in gods name a car like that was doing in such a small out of the way town? I bought choked when the rep told me he was on his way to FARMINGTON (where I live and had just left) of all places!!! for a car show and non-sanctioned audio competition. THAT really suprised me... and big thumbs up to boston acoustic for taking the time to show off such an awesome work of automotive and audio art to the little guy in the small town.

Anyways! heres the pictures I snapped... sorry for the crappy quality, but I was in a hurry.

enjoy

Default Thanks Dani! I almost had that car at TT-East . . . came very close. :)

I met the guy that did the stereo install and design at a show in CT 2 years ago. He gave me some tips on what to do for my car, just never got around to implementing the ideas.

Is it functional or for show? I thought NOS + 1.8T = Bad.

Default A few people on Vwvortex as running Nitrous Oxide

of course some have blown their engines, but if you do anything wrong you can blow stuff.. If done correctly Im sure you can run it safetly.. lol.. but im not a Nitrious oxide expert so don't quote me.. honestly, ive always said it was stupid.. but if I was into street racing id have it on my car without a question along with stage 3+..

A quote from my good buddy bryan..

Give me this one, make it two of the big ones.. yeah.. and harry.. I need it by tonight..
