I am INCREDIBLY disappointed with Edge Racing.
I ordered a stud kit from them along with a set of tires *last week*.
I hadn't heard from them, and my card hadn't been charged on Wednesday, so *I* called *them* to see what was going on.
I never found out exactly what the problem was, but they hadn't shipped my order yet, but they assured me that it would go out that day. I requested that they expedite the shipping, but they refused.
I made it VERY clear that I needed everything -- particularly the stud kit -- by today.
They still refused to expedite the shipping.
One package arrived today: Two tires.
Utterly useless to me. Great.
They'll refund me the $16 in shipping that I paid on the package that didn't arrive.
Thanks. That $16 will bring me great comfort as I try to put 14mm lugs through 12mm holes (no, I'm not really going to do that). It will also bring me great comfort using my 19" wheels instead of my 17" track wheels. Won't that be nice?
So, yeah. Angry. Very. I can't even begin to express how disappointed I am with their customer service department.
I won't be in a hurry to do business with them, and I certainly don't recommend that you do if your business needs to be done in a hurry.

duh, the best way to run a business is overpromise underdeliver...
sorry to hear that you're having problems, but it seems like others have had issues with them in the past...
