Related question: How does pushing the wheels out affect the handling?
I've got 17x7's with ET35 running 225's and it looks like I could use 15-20mm of spacer in the back and 10-15 in the front to push the wheels out. How does this increase in track and scrub radius affect the handling?

Couple things
Wider track helps with stability, but also increases scrub radius. Higher scrub radius makes steering response a little harder, and gives a bit more feedback.
Your roll center will also change slightly due to the wider contact path. On the TT chassis it may go up or down, depending on your ride height, and position of the lower control arms relative to the ground.
The change in roll center will be fairly minimal in any case.
