a cheap screw type valve isn't going to allow for nearly as much adjustment...

it may get the job done, but it's considerably less sophisticated. even forge makes one sorta like that:

and while i really love forge, i really think those are teh suck.

It's a piece of crap. Never could get it to work. Wanna buy it?....LOL
