Re: info
I have owned many "sporty" VWs ('91 GTI, Autocross-ready '86 Jetta, fully reworked '89 Cabriolet, etc), and I own a Saab 900...
Just got a TT Quattro yesterday. UNREAL. Nothing comes close to it.
It's solid on the freeway and light in the turns. I've tried, and I can't seem to get it unstuck from the road.
I can't find any undesirable characteristics AT ALL. Maybe I need to push it harder...

The Norcal Group did some **VERY** Hard Mountain driving this weekend (more)
There were six TTs for most and five for the last part (one car had low fuel plus a pregnant passenger). The last leg involved a Lot of very curvy, very fast driving and no one lost it or even felt they were beyond the limits of the car. It was just GREAT fun. Between the egos, the testosterone and the TTs handling we all pushed it hard and LOVED it. I want to thank Mike again for organizing it.

Did I pull you, or did you all push me? ;-)
Every time I could take a moment to look in the rear view mirror, you were all still with me. I surprised myself, and was amazed that we all rode the wave. Conditions couldn't have been more perfect. Thanks all! - Michael
