Default Instructions for removing rear driver side seat in the coupe?

I am thinking of installing my own phatnoise... apparently simply swaps places with the CD changer, and uses the same cable.

Anyone have information as to how one goes about removing the seat, and panel?

Default here (not my text)

You'll need a 17-18mm deep well socket to remove the rear seat "striker pin" that anchors the appropriate side's seat back. Not all brands fit.

Now remove the rear seat bottom cushion by pulling up approx. 8" away from either side, in the front. You'll feel one clip on each side that hold it down. Individually yank each side upward with some force and they'll release.

Now remove the bolts that hold the rear seat mounts. As you'll see, you will have to remove the rear seat belt part, too. You will not, however, have to loosen or remove the torx screws--they just hold the seat back mounts in place. Lift the seat back up and slightly to the rear and you'll clear the number 8-shaped be able to remove the seat back.
