Default Interesting situation. Does anyone have any idea?

My tt has loss of power since 10 weeks and the dealer couldn't fix it(The car is under guarantee). I am really fed up and I recently learned that if the repair period is more than 1 month I can demand a new car. Did anyone get a new car? If so how? Should I write directly to Germany?
Thanks in advance.

Did the dealer acknowledge that there is a problem?

I purchased a Forge DV but I don't want to get it installed till the problem is fixed because it might void the guarantee. A lot has been made on the car,so I don't want the car after all, even the problem is solved. Can it be the DV? Because a new stock one has been installed which didn't solve the problem...

Default AoA = Audi of America. Keep after the dealer, but check inside the front cover...

of "USA Warranty" booklet which came with the car.
All of this assumes you are in USA.

Black is faster than gray. Maybe that's the problem.
