Just got back from my High School Reunion in New York. (Long but some TT content)
I was out on Long Island for a few days. Thought about contacting LarryTT but ran out of time. I only saw one TT, Amulet, in all the time back East. With so many members from there I was a little surprised. I did get to see my old haunts: Jones Beach, the Nathens in Long Beach, man has that changed, and my high school in Bellmore. Spent a few days up in Westchester and NY city. I believe that people are nicer now then they used to be. Like the shock of the Sept 11 has made them more tolerent. Saw the old WTC site and it made me cry. All those postings of the missing hit home. Went to the David Letterman show an unexpected treat and had a great dinner at Sparks. NYC lives and looks better then ever, but it's nice to be back in San Diego. Oh BTW it was my 35th reunion. All the other people got old. :-)
PS My Wife can't make it for the Moro Bay Trip, if anyone is interested in riding North with me I could go.

I missed (er, skipped) my 10th this past year, too near the holidays, and I'm still
in touch with most of my friends. So, if I had gone, it would have been out of shear, morbid, curiosity... Which, of course, means I will attend my 20th!!!
Thanks for sharing.

Sheer morbid curiosity? Pick me!
My 10th was hilarious!
Most of my friends were pretty much as expected; middle-class Americans going about their everyday business. The ones absent were toasted, the ones present got toasted, and all had a good time. Then the teasing about past "romantic relationships" started.
God, we all laughed ourselves silly. Adolescence is a painful thing, but we all had the maturity to look back fondly. Beyond that, there's probably TMI in this, so I'll stop, but the trip was well worth it for the humor alone. Cheers!
