and it works great. Got to use my new Sears hydraulic jack and jack stands as well! See link for entire documented process, below are simply the before and after on the wheels. Very gratifying!

Default That stuff is the absolute best!

I started using it about 10 years ago, and loved it. It would stick to the top surfaces of the wheel without immediately running down, and you can leave it on for hours without worrying about damaging the finish.....great stuff.

Default MarTT - are these the jackstand points for the rear of the car?

Was it pretty stable held at these two points? How about the front - do you happen to have a photo of that - TIA!

Default Not the best place.....>>

Those arms are formed sheet steel and serve as suspension locators....Not meant to support the weight of the car. I use the forward end of the cast trailing arm. Much more robust and damage highly unlikely.

Default Jack stand points for front of car . . .

I researched prior posts on where to put the jack stands and there were a variety of opinions. I went with the control arms nearest the inboard bolt. The consensus from the search I did was as long as you are not doing suspension work than this is a nice stable place for the jack stands. It was very solid from my experience today.
