key fob: 3v or 6v? one or 2 cells? answer: all of the above.
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/26976/dscn0004.jpg"></center><p>In a follow up to the person last week asking about the #batteries in our fobs, turns out that my pair of fobs take both single 3v or a pair of 3v cells. See the 1/2 height 3v cells used in a pair.
Note the difference in the 2 fobs shipped for the same 02 QC car of mine. Now I need to buy 2 different types of batteries.

Good question, once I get both sets replaced at the same time, I'll give it a try.
but who's counting? too many external interference factors sort of makes it moot.
