Key Fob spring broken

Key Fob spring broken
My switchblade key wont lock back into place without me manipulating the button until it locks into place. I've taken the fob appart, but that dosent get me very far. Any ideas on how to fix this other than buying a replacement ?

How would i take the actual key out of a 98 A4 key fob. then i can weld my key on and place it back?
