Default Some advice..

If you install the cap before the turbo you should never push in more than 0,5bar. It can happen that you push out the seals of your turbo and flood it with oil. It's much better to test for leaks starting after the turbo.

Default I would love to get in after the turbo, but that sounds like a nightmare. I'll first try with 5 psi

after the MAF and see if I can hear the leak. 5psi is just under .5 bar so I should be ok.
