MAF and coil packs replaced...finally
I've been harrassing my local dealer(Criswell in Annapolis, MD) that the car has been running rough and losing power since November.
When I got my letter about the coil packs I tried to get them replaced and was told that they didn't have parts and it wasn't a recall just a notice. They also told me they wouldn't replace the coil packs unless the CEL was on. It took a week to get them to service the car and many angry calls. They replaced the packs and it still ran poorly so they checked and replaced the MAF.
The car will be out of warranty soon and I definitely need to find a better service dept. in the Maryland area. Any recommendations?
