Default MBC fun...

Okay, so today i borrowed an MBC to play a little bit.

I get it on and go out on an empty road near my house.

Felt pretty much exactly the same but now, it it goes to 14.5lbs and lets off, then re builds. My car usually only goes up to around 13.5ish and settles to around 10-12.

When I left my driveway I think I saw the gauge holding more than 14.5...

The 14.5 letoff thing happend a couple of times, I sure what happend so I took it home and took it off.

Just wondering what I experienced. I hope chipping my car will be more of an excitement.

Pretty sad that my car boosts what it SHOULD with an MBC on...

Could it be my N75 that would cause the lower boost numbers?

My buddy took my gauge to work today and tested it, its dead on BTW...

Boost controller doesn't do much for an unchipped car.

Default I figured...

I wasn't planning on leaving it on...

I have an odd feeling that my N75 is bad and that's why my car is only doing 10-12 psi. Could it be?

Either way I'll probably go ahead and get a new MAF and a new N75 before I go chipping away.

The after that, I'm getting a BM. that boost controller just looks cheap.

Oh for those that were wondering, my ESP issue was just my tire being low on air, checked the pressure, filled it up, hasn't happend since.

Default If you mess with the boost, you need to mess with the timing and fuel too

I did it before i got chipped via Lemmiwinks... and it made a different. Chipping makes the biggest difference you'll feel besides a turbo upgrade. **** and Intake are 2nd. =o)

Default you can tune it to hit around 18 psi and hold 16-17 without being chipped...

not as good as a chip, but cheap power.
