Default Misfire after changing coils

2002 Audi TT ALMS

During the summer I as noticing the two following symptoms:
1. If I was in a high gear while going uphill during low rpm the engine would stumble
2. If I was on the highway and gave it full throttle I'd get a flashing check engine light, misfire, and the car felt like it was bogging down.

In September I ordered 4 coil packs, 4 NGK spark plugs, a new PCV (puck), Turbo Inlet Pipe, alternator, and battery.

Monday I had everything finished and drove it to work and home fine. Tuesday, I drove about 50 miles including highway driving no problem.

Today, while driving home (in the rain for the first time since getting it running) I was going about 20 mph in 4th gear and I felt the same uphill hesitation again. Then, the check engine light started flashing and the car was severely bogging down. I got home with in 5 minutes and smelled rotten eggs. I opened the hood and saw that one positive batter terminal had rode up the post and while it was tight, it was also to the point where it was coming off the post.

I don't have a solid engine light but hooked my scanner up and found trouble codes:
p0300
p0303
p0130

Any ideas on what the issue can be? I'm totally stumped as to how I can change everything, the car runs fine, and today its practically dead. Could it be the rain?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Solved the issue, turns out one of the new coils went bad.
I moved the #3 cylinder coil to the #4 cylinder and got a p0304 misfire code.
I received the STI brand so hope this helps someone in the future. Keep those old coil packs just in case!
