Missing wire harnesses

Missing wire harnesses
I bought a used 2001 TT quattto, and i realized there are missing wire harnesses. The nearest audi shop is 5 hrs away. Its not worth much but i would like to fix it myself. Online manuals assume everything is there, so where can i go to find whats missing? Thanks in advance! I can post pics if someone can point me in the right direction.
