Mission accomplished, a long hard day of work installing KW v3's, MK1 arms and full KMAC's
Thanks to Jeff Bipes who came over and put in a hard day of work. I couldn't have done it without him and his manual labor. Didn't have time to take any pictures, didn't have time to stop and eat even.
Lessons learned....
Removing the old bushings to install the KMAC's was the biggest pain. Even the whack a KMAC wouldn't work. Ended up using some creative vise work and brute force.
Removing the old Bilsteins from the cups up front was a bit of a pain, again brute force and persuasion is all it took in the end. The strut cup spreader tool came in nice and handy and definitely helped.
KW install is pretty easy and straightforward. No real challenges specific to the KW's.
Only other challenge was just getting things lined up to get bolts through. Everywhere you went it was a challenge to put the bolt back through and it took lots of brute force and contortions.
Wheels aren't back on yet. Maybe tomorrow. Going to try and schedule an alignment on Monday, don't really need the car this week so hopefully I can get it in.
Anyone have any KW tuning bookmarks/tips/links?
Time to spend some quality family time and rest my bones. Thanks again Jeff, I really appreciate all your hard work. And thanks for the "bling" sitting on the kitchen table, I'll get them installed soon and display some pics. Thanks also to Sean and Jeff S. who stopped by for moral support.

Unless you have a rear bar - leave em at KW settings at first.......
drive the car around for a while then do the alignment. They settle a fair amount. If you have a rear bar - you can lighten the rear compression up a couple clicks and increase rebound a corresponding amount. This will increase ride comfort without sacrificing any handling.

also, some have posted that KWs allow for "nose raise" upon hard acceleration...
I just took teh car out to test that specificlly. I didn't register any difference from my H&R/bilstein setup.
