Modded Forge 6 vs modded Hyperboost
Finally got around to switching them. Both with the ModShack, two washer mod. Giving them the finger test, there is no question that the Forge has more resistance. Driving to work with the HyperBoost this a.m., the seat of the pants test leans towards the Forge. However that is subjective, and because of the greater spring pressure on the Forge I expected it to perform better. One of these days I'll get around to trying them both with the G-Tech, but for now, I think I will put the Forge back in. The HyperBoost with its threaded top is certainly much easier to modify/maintain.
