2002 audi tt

I placed a new battery in the car; lights come on but car won't start. Dash says
FUSE. I checked the fuse box and the fuses on top of the battery. Any suggestions?

Did you check the starter to see if it's getting voltage? The strip fuses cnould have a weak connection if you were moving the fuse terminal box around.
