Default Muhahahahaha

This past weekend's project... my custom intercooler. Had to grind the fascia in a few places to make it fit properly but my plans are to put a Votex chin on.

Default It's a Garrett intercooler core assembled by Precision turbo with their cast end tanks…

It's "the" best core that I've seen so far with its high concentration of internal flow mixers. And It only costs $400.

The tubing is 2.5" OD mandrel bent 18-gauge steel. Took lots of measurements, cut the pipes and then welded them. My total cost was about $500.

If you have this done at a shop it'll easily set you back $1000, if not more. I'm lucky enough to have access to welding equipment and other machinery at work.
