My 1 day old Raven Black (PIC1)

I really love this raven blk. I originally wanted silver but am glad I got this color. It has the beauty of black plus more depth variation of color than normal black. This picture is still at the dealer, the next is in my driveway... I think i will go out for a drive now...

Re: My 1 day old Raven Black (PIC1)
Congratulations as well as commiserations. I've had my black TT for over a month and love everything about it. But, it is work intensive because of the color. Dust or pollen will stand out like a sore thumb. It's a daily ritual taking care of the outside to maintain the mirror like finish. This might be the same with the other colors, but somehow, I doubt it. Interestingly enough, you will be able to tell when someone has paused to look at the interior when you park it. There will be a nice palm print over the door they leaned over to look in. Still love the color, though.

Thanks...I know it will be work, but i figure if i don't care if it is dirty sometimes, who cares what someone else thinks. And I know that when the work is done, I have the best looking car around (along with yours of course...

It is ashame that they put on the license plate frame!
You should have them give you a new bumper insert, unless you want the license plate on the car.
I have the same Raven and it is not too tough to keep it clean! I was in Hawaii for 1 1/2 weeks and it was sitting at my house and looks pretty clean.
I will be washing it tomorrow and applying another coat of Zaino .. . it makes it shine better each day. I also did the wheels while off the car.

Looks great
I too was set on Silver and had ordered one but when a dealer had an extra Black/Black I liked it and bought it. Now I think I like the black better. I'll post some pictures as soon as I get some decent ones--hopefully with the beach as a backdrop.

Re: Which Beach?
Wherever I can get close enough to some nice white sand in Florida. Definitely could on the Sanibel causeway or might be able to somewhere between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. And come to think of it, I'll be spending the holiday this weekend near Sanibel anyway.
