my dreamlist of new TT features, what are yours...
As I have posted earlier, I started work 4 weeks ago as a salesperson at a Lexus dealer in Dallas, TX (Sewell Lexus--www.sewell.com).
After spending the last 4 weeks driving the entire Lexus lineup from the IS300 to the SC430, I have the following wishlist of features for the TT. Please add your own.
1. DVD based NAV.
2. Power seats with memory.
3. Pop-out and rotating NAV screen that reveals hidden in-dish 6 disc CD changer and cassette deck as in the new ES300.
4. Homelink controls so that I can remove my crappy garage door opener from my visor.
5. 300 hp
6. Retractable hard-top

Disagree... At least more power (300+HP), and...
My perfect TT would have the twin turbo V6 and an agressvie chip & exhaust for 350HP, and...
1) Adj. lumbar support, manual seat is ok
2) More distance between washer/wiper stalk and sterring wheel
3) Better padel positioning for heel & toe
4) Panorama roof (alas new Porsche 911)
5) Bigger wheels and tires
6) Arm rest
7) Better diverter valve
I love my roadster, it is close to perfect, but I think I'm willing to pay another $20K for the Peeerfect TT.

Heel to Toe doesn't work on the TT
So your quest for better peddle position is all for naught...
As soon as you touch the brakes on a TT, the timing of the engine is changed to reduce torque, thereby defeating any benefits of heel to toe shifting.
