Need advice with out-of-state speed ticket (long)
I got a speeding ticket (my first in this country, 6 years of driving!) last weekend in Florida while driving from Miami to Key West in a rental car (I noticed too late that they check this highway like crazy. I now realize why I saw so many cars with radar detectors, still quite rare here in California. They put an awfully low 45 mph limit on stretches of Hwy 1. I suspect this is a major revenue source for Monroe county PD...).
My questions:
1. Should I pay the fine? (I guess so...)
2. The ticket requires traffic school. Obviously, I cannot attend traffic school in FL. Is there a way to attend traffic school in CA and "transfer" it to FL?
3. How likely is the info about this ticket to flow from FL to CA? Can I just ignore the ticket???
Any help appreciated. TIA.

I just did online traffic school this week
took me 15 minutes. Painless
Look into it, they have FL listed as a served state.<ul><li><a href="http://www.trafficschool.com">trafficschool.com</a></li></ul>

Call and ask!! (more)
I had a similar in AZ - the court allowed it, of course I still had to pay the "honky" (non Native American driving on the rez) tax.
(Yes, I was speeding, but not 25 over the limit I was cited for . . . .)
