Default New tires installed..ever wonder what 235/45/17's look like?
These are Sumitomo HTR's. Yes it fits and no rubbing even with my 1-inch spacer in rear. Space between the tires and wheel well is very small however..1 finger barely fits. I like the look and the ride feels much better. Speedo may be a little off but shouldnt be too bad.

Why would the speedo be off?

Rolling diam. is larger. Height of tire is 45% of the width (235mm vs 225mm oem)..

I will be using these tires for autocrossing or track. The tires are rated at 160 treadwear, therefore they must be super soft tires.

LOL I just bought 275/50/20 for my new Infiniti FX35! They look monstrous compared to the TT's 18s.
