I have had my TT (purchased in Jan 2000) in the shop twice for maintenence and both times have recived the worst service. These clowns have no IDEA what customer service means. I have been experiencing the same problems several TT owners have with intermittent surging (most likely due to faulty turbo, or vacuum leak) and the ONLY thing these guys will do is hook it up to a computer and pull off the ECU codes, HELL I could do THAT! I also have a 1997 Land Rover and while mechanically it has seen some problems, the dealership (Hubacher Cadillac) has gone completely out of their way to make sure I am satisfied. I WISH I could find an Audi delaership with the same ethics.

What a bunch of hacks! I hope they AT LEAST covered any damages. I'll never buy a car or get one serviced there.
