I have already placed 2 phone calls. I am hoping to get this back up some time next week! :)
This is the problem as was just explained to me. VWoA has contracted out the literature to a company called Dyment Distribution. VW and Audi are allowing the company to handle the literature and service bulletins however they like. This was a corporate VW and Audi decision.

A lot of people on Vortex are upset too...
Maybe we can all get together and express our dissatisfaction to VW. We might get more accomplished this way. I will link them over here to this topic.
