Default OISR Font Chin Spoiler questions...

So I am finally making my way to work on the exterior of my TT. I am strongly considering purchasing the OISR front chin spoiler. However, many people have stated the fittiment is not that good. Why is that? Is there anything that can be done as far as molding the spoiler to make it fit properly? Also does anyone have any pics of a denium blue TT with a Telson carbon fiber spoiler? Finally has anyone found a cheaper carbon fiber solution to the OSIR Design Sphyrna? $400 for some splitters is just crazy.

BTW, here is a recent pic of the ride.

Default Don't really know how it fits other than a picture that I saw on here with it seemingly

tilted upwards, which indicates bad fitment in my book. What most people complain about with lip spoilers is the interface on the profile (front lower fender area) of the car and how that may make the lip spoiler look "stuck on" On the OSIR, it seems like the spoiler is kind of bulbous around that region, adding to the stuck on look. The Votex is a bit thinner around that region and can if installed well lay inline with the lower portion of the fender for a flush and not stuck on look.

Default The OSIR FCS glues to the front of the existing bumper

so its going to stick out a bit no matter what.

Default It's fiberglass, so it will crack/shatter if you catch it on something. Best to stick with ABS or

PURRIM when dealing with that kind of body part. NattyBoh bought one but never installed it due to fitment and painting cost.
