ok - if I can do it, ANYONE can do it - this is not a joke .....
I quit smoking - done.
No patch, no nothing, literally, nothing, just quit.
After over 30 years smoking heavily, on Sunday I threw the proverbial towel in, and I am done.
Just thought I would share my success - I am confident that anyone can do anything they set their "mind" to, anything. (I know there are lots of smart asses here, so, within reason, anything)

Good job Adam. You really need to want to quit. I quit for 10 years......
then started golfing and one cigar did me in, back on the weeds. My only advise is that you can never have just one. One will inevitably lead to another. Congratulations and keep it going, just think of the time and money you'll save. Time added to your life, that is.

Seriously ,and no joke this-having a strong support system is the best path to success and a smoke-free future. You've just added a lot of us to that support system.
