Ok...so i posted this on saturday, and i needed to....(little long)
Give a little more info...
I need this past weekend to replace my Blowtenza's as i lost one of the front ones and the other was worn. I believed my choices were...
- Pirelli Pzero Rosso Assymetricos
- Pirelli P7000
- Yokohama Avus Sports
I chose the p7000's as i needed to do something that day, and they are nice tires but i believe they would be better on my a6 as they are not quite firm enough and they do not seem to have the grip that the Potenza's had...much to my dismay. As the place i bought them from has a 30 day satisfaction guarentee, i felt compelled to rereview my choice.
Based on all this, i want to open up a quick comment for the above and even solicit comments and other potential candidates.
So here is my criteria,
-Handling equal to or better than the Potenza's
-Dry and wet handling should be top notch.
-Tread wear
-Ride
If i make this change i want it to be the last. thanks in advance to all.....
The question was asked and it was a good one, what are my expectations.

Michelin Pilot Sports from Edge Racing at discount and an excellent option imho.
S-03 was first choice but backordered so I went Pilot Sport and saved $200 over normal retail for the tire as Edge had large stock. Tire is quiet, crisp turn in, no wandering over grooves bad pavement etc... Great dry traction. Have not tested yet in the rain.

My new S03-PPs are the best tires I have ever had.
On the TT alone I have had Bridgestone RE040 and RE730, Michelin Pilot MXX3 and now Bridgestone S03 PP. The latter have the best performance wet or dry. Just the right amount of warning at the limit. Much quieter than the RE730 and about the same as the MXX3.
