Has anyone in the forum purchased their tt online (ie. cars direct, priceline, etc) and if so, how was the experience?

I am expected to take delivery in May, but as I was browsing the net, I have received a call of a possible 180q available now.

I used Autobytel to find mine. Put in my online 'order' on monday evening, got a call tuesday about one that had been canceled that matched my options and color, had a deposit on it wednesday morning. 10 days later I was driving it. No pain

I have ordered mine from www.CarOrder.Com. It should arrive in May. At the time of my order, CarOrder.com was selling the base model for $1000 less than MSRP and the options were all available at dealer cost. Today they are selling the 180 FWD for about $500 less than list.

This will be my 2nd car via CarOrder. I'll be taking the delivery of the 1st (a Toyota RAV4) at noon today. I'll repost to let folks know how this delivery goes, as I think the CarOrder price is quite good.

I putchased my TT using MSN'd car point. I was referred to and IRA Porsche Audi internet salesman. I paid THE MSRP price, put a deposit on my silver 180Q over the phone via credit card and had the car in about 4 days. It was delivered the day after Labor Day. I just had my 5,000 mile service completed and am very happy with the car.
