Only A/C even when heat is turned up all the way.
Hello everyone,
so I have a 2000 audi tt quattro. When I turn the heat on it only blows A/C no matter the vent selection. From what I read so far there are several servo's that control what vents the air goes to and one that controls the main flap that controls whether or not its blow cold air or hot. I wanted to see if any of you could help with locating the part number so I can order the correct one and with the location. I know its under the dash but not sure which one. Thanks in advance for any help and sorry if this is the wrong thread.

Welcome to the forum. You need to get your eyes close to where your feet normally are and look toward the center of the car, under the dash. Look at the bottom of the air box from the driver's and passengers side. You should see one flap actuator with a red or pink actuating arm and another with a green one. It sounds like your problem is with the pink one, the temperature regulating flap actuator. In my car that is Audi p/n 1J1907511C.
