Yep, I've had one since September
It was an invaluable item to have on my honeymoon. Rather than being forced to take small pix of the Galapagos until my card was full and I'd have to go to an internet cafe to upload, I was able instead to take full 4 megapixels and copy the cards' contents to the AV340 a couple times a day. The output cables also allowed us to view the pictures on a TV, which was nice. I've got a few converted movies on the unit right now, but I'm not using it for that as much as I would be if I was on planes like I normally would be with my job.
I also used it on my wedding night, but not like you'd think. Everybody was supposed to go party at the hotel's lounge, but it was too crowded so we had the party in our wedding suite. I hooked up the Archos to the TV inputs, and had my whole music collection on call.
40 Gigs holds alot of music, so I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to hardwire it to the TT like all the iPods have. Electrical hookups are my main concern since I've heard the thing can fry if you don't do it just right.

to use it in your TT...
, just add a FM transmitter as I do with my Archos JMM, and leave the unit (or the screen for you) under the ash-tray....
Works well....just shuffle, for hours of MP3 music...

I've got a Belkin FM transmitter
While it's not a bad short-term option for transporting the device from car to car, I'm not that happy with the reception compared to if it was hard-wired. I'd like to combine that with a solution that powers the device without eating up my cigarette lighter as well.

<center><img src="http://france.welcome.free.fr/Dsc00130.jpg"></center><p>just need a bit of patience... ;-)
never easy to integrate:
-a phone and its charger(active)
-an archos connected by a cassette wire, with its charger(active)
-an Ipaq 5550 on its charging base brodit(active)
and I've still one free to connect the GPS Bluetooth, if necessairy, on long, long trips..
There's a wire's spyder behind this.... ;-))
