Your install said you have 18 or 19. I can't get past 7.02.

TIA

Default When I switch over to the Phatnoise, it days CD1 TR0

and a few seconds later, it says no CD. I did the head unit test where you, shut down the radio, and hold down the mode button while turning the radio on, and it does recognize the Phatnoise is "connect".

I can't even press "6" to configure which head unit it is. Maybe I'm not configuring the head unit properly. Can you describe how you did it?

I've reformatted the drive, hard reset the unit, updated the firmware and the lights blinks and all that for 5-7 minutes, and nothing. I can hear the hard drive powering up and down when I turn the radio on and off. But the red light does not remain lit when I switch over to the phatnoise unit. I've e-mailed Phatnoise and am playing hte waiting game now.

Default phatnoise help sucks

they just told me the same thing i read in the back of the user manual. Check out the forums on the phatbox website and see what they say. I dont know why your having the issue of not being able to configure the box. Like ive said in the past, i let it sit for like 20 min before i did anything with the radio

Does the red light stay lit when you turn on the Phatbox?

Default Sorry I didn't get back to you, and excuse the caps prob here, button not working...

i was running the TT-Ozarks this weekend, and am just now getting back online. i have been using the phatnoise all weekend, and cannot be more happy with it.

are you still having a proble? The previous poster was correct, in that 18/19 is the head unit model reference, NOT the firmware reference.

Either post again, or email me if you have questions, but I am no expert! My install went without a hitch, so I don't have any real troubleshooting skills at the moment...
