Default Paint Problem
Has anyone else gotten these bumps that look like rust starting to form on the plastic strips on the roof? It can't be rust obviously, I had a paint shop told me it was a "lack of adhesion". I guess that's global enough.

Default Not me but a few others (MadhaTTer and RoberTTo)
Have bubbling in the same place. They think it's clearcoat overspray.

Default You are talking about the plastic strips that the roof rack mount holes are in, right?
If so, I've seen this with my eyes on three TT's locally. The strips are dealer replaceable and all were covered under warranty.

I think AoA techline was consulted and recommended replacing the strips on these cars.
