PayPal will help if you don't receive anything
As long as you don't receive anything they will work with you and possibly refund your money.
But as soon as you tell them you received a package, even if the box was empty, they tell you "So sorry, out of luck"

paypal screws you...
if they can't get the funds from the other person's account, tough luck. I don't think you can reverse the charge through your credit card company since you actually pay PayPal for their service then they pay for your item, but its worth a shot. I lost about $120 last year because of some a-hole. let me know if it works for you.

Re: Paypal Question !!!
Not really. Happened to me once when I purchased an item via Ebay and paid via PayPal.
The item never arrived and the person disapeared from Ebay. I put claims in via Ebay and via PayPal. They investigated and tried contacting the seller but he never responded to them either. So after about 6 weeks they just told me that they are sorry but weren't able to retrieve any of my funds. So I wouldn't count on Ebay or PayPal to help you when it comes to money. Of course you can always dispute the charge with your Credit Card company. You will probably go further with them.
