Default People wanting to trade their new/close to new TT's for '02's etc.

If you want to trade in your TT
for an HP upgrade/new colors/radio. etc.,
it seems the value has dropped significantly
for used TT's Might be best to wait
1-2 more years in order to even out the cost
per year. I guess that the *novelty* factor
is now gone.....
Plus, it *still* seems to be hard
to get deals on leftover '01's as well.
People here are still seeing 1K-2K above
invoice! You can get a '02 for that price!

BTW, I saw some new '02 A4's in the showroom.
I am sorry to say that IMO the '01 A4 looks
much better. I never liked the A6 body
and this seems to be a step towards it.

Anyhow, my $0.02 worth.

Over and out,

Default My $0.02

Well I wish we were all that rich to trade in a
car every year =).. Anyways, from what I see, the
TT are still being sold at a premium. Even when
I got my used TTR 3 months ago it was selling
above bluebook. Oh well....

As for the '02 A4 I agree.. I say grab the '01s
while they are still around.. I saw a Satorin A4
over the weekend. It had the celebrity rims with
tinted windows near UCLA (yuck!) and my jaw
dropped a little. Its such a beautiful car and
I own a RED TTR!!!

Folks, it is not fall of 99. No reason to pay more than list or even list. Getting my 2002, 225C (msrp 36,100) w/17s (500), prem (1100), shipping (575) plus 1325 discount!

Default Value has dropped precipitously because it's now one model year old...

You always take a 15 - 20% depreciation hit the second you sign the papers taking ownership; add another 5 - 10% once it's a model year old...
