Default Persistent Fault Codes
I have a 2001 TT Coupe 225hp Quattro. It's been "chipped" with APR programs. With my VAG-COM software I'm getting the following two fault codes intermittently:

17536 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System Too Lean P1128 - 35-00


16795 - Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected P0411 - 35-00


The Factory Repair Manual I purchased from Bentley Publishers is inadequate when attempting to find information about these codes. Are these codes related to a malfunctioning Mass Air Flow Sensor? Where should I start looking for the problem?

I had a ripped BPV causing your second code. Start with MAF 1st as Jeff pointed out.

Exactly what mine read. Got MAF from VW dealer. $51. PN# 06A906461A. Check engine #.

New sensor old housing.
Get the one thats OEM for your car so there's NP.

Thanks. I'll start with the MAF. BPV? Is that the Charge Bypass Pressure Valve?

MAF is under extended (7yr/70k) warranty. Call AoA and tell them.
