Phatnoise and Bose (concert 1)

Phatnoise and Bose (concert 1)
Instruction says "Press 6 to go to feature menu. Press '>|' until you get to option 7 in hte feature menu."
I press on 6, til the button is ready to fall off. It doesn't do ****. All I get is cd1, I can for ward the CD, and it shows cd2. But after a few minutes it says "NO CD". I've updated the Music Manager and the firmware. I've also formatted the drive, just in case it was corrupted. Ideas?
Dammit, I'm going surfing, someone have a solution for me when I get back later this morning. TIA!
