Please help...

A friend of mine has set up an account here on Audiworld but cannot log in.

When he puts in a correct password it allows him to read the board but does not fully log him in (ie, he still can't post and his name does not appear). When an incorrect password is used the sytems throws him out completely - therefore the system must know that he is entering the correct password.

I have posted this on the feedback board but have got no response.

Any clues ?

Both forum names and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure they are exact.

Had a problem like this once. Have him clear his cookies in his browser and try again.

That will work. He can also register again from scratch (diff. name).

Thanks but it didn't work.

Cleared all cookies (manually) then logged in with email address - ashley@ashleymorgan.org and correct password. Got taken back to forum (if wrong password is entered it kicks him out as it should) but without any boxes at the bottom to post to. The computer is working fine because I have just logged on using my email address and password and you guys are reading this fine!

Any other clues ??!!
