Default Spam Musbi!!!! Yummy!!! Here's a recipe (yes, one exists!!!)

Spam Musubi

Ingredients:
1 Nori sheet (dried seaweed), cut in half lengthwise
1 cup Steamed white rice, mixed with ½ tsp. furikake
1 Slice of Spam, fried
1 Musbi mold (Plastic sushi mold, can be purchased from Oriental food store)

Optional:
1 Scrambled egg

Istructions:
Dip Musubi mold in water. Fill half-full with the rice mixture and press down. Add the Spam and optional scrambled egg. Press down. Add the remaining rice mixture and press down. Moisten the top of the rice with water. Place the mold on top of the nori sheet and remove mold. Moisten the nori ends with water, fold over the rice, and press together.
