Is it possible to take out the headlights by just pulling back the top part of the bumper slightly?

Is it possible to take out the headlights by just pulling back the top part of the bumper slightly?

Default Actually, it can be done, but you need to get at the lower bolt thru the grill.
I saw it done when my headlights were replace some 3 years ago.
I cannot reproduce this however, because I do not have the stock grill any longer.
