Default Pre-Delivery Tire/Wheel question

Hi All,

I should be accepting delivery any day now on my new 2001 225 TTQ Coupe with just about every option (Audio, Premium, GPS, etc.) The dealer has informed me that since the car is beeing relocated from a dealer in Ohio, it already had all-season tires on it. Thanks to the thoughtful responses from this forum last week, I requested that the original high-performance tires be mounted instead of the cheaper all-seasons.

My questions is this; when I pick up the car this week, what tires and wheels should I expect to find? I don't want to be duped by accepting the cheaper wheels than I should be getting as part of the Premium package, and all-seasons instead of the high-performance tires.

BTW, my Blizzak LM-22s from Tire Rack should be here any day as well.

Thanks!

Wheels
Forged 5 spoke 17" no question if the car has the Premium Package.

Tires - Varies
Michellin Pilot Sports, Bridgestone RE040, Pirelli P6000 (mine came w/ these). P7000 Super Sports are all weather and I think someone posted that their TT came w/ these.

Should be 5 spoke 17" wheels - any number of tire brands tire - should be speed rated Y/Z at min.

Default What's the deal with the dealers "helping" us by delivering cars with 'all season' tires?

They have a tough enough time keeping the models and parts straight.

Does anybody have a picture of the new 17" wheels?

Thanks,
