problem when idle

problem when idle

The rpm goes up then back to normal and after couple sec, same thing again. Just like I put foot on the gas pedal. Anyone know why?

Goes up how far? Is the A/C on?

from ~700rpm (normal) to 1100rpm and A/C is not on

Could be a few things - throttle body cleaning/reset would be good.
