q's about installing a iva-c801 in a tt..

does the unit fit perfect? do I have to do any modification to the radio cover? what-is/do-i-need a powered antenna adapter and why?

did a search...but i didn't get any hard info..
anyways..thanks in advance! =)

If its anything like the CVA 1005..

All I had to do was shave the control **** so the door would close over the unit and fabricate a DIN sized surround.

Yeah...you'll need one of them also...get it from Sound Advice or Best Buy

Metra make it...VW ones work also...
