Default Question concerning 'lowering' TTs

I not as familiar with the 180s so I will focus question on the 225's...on the front driver side and rear driver side suspension there is the electronic brake distribution control system (attached pic shows the rear suspension system EBD arm)...if you lower car (coil overs et al) or if you lower car at a different rate (by whatever fraction of inches from front to rear) how does that effect the EBD system. Do you compensate as part of the lowering process?
Cliff and I were discussing and wanted to see if anyone has addressed this issue.
2001 Amulet Red 225TTQC

Default That looks like the Xenon headlight automatic leveller to me.

Default Wow..never even thought of that twist...does any nonXenon lights people have these devices??

LoR...simply don't know...my opinion is that the two devices would seem a little complicated for a light system but lets see where this thread goes. If you are correct then how does EBD system work??
2001 Amulet Red 225TTQC

Default I can't answer the EBD question (more)

I was under my car looking at the damage last week and the tech and I were talking about what appears in your pic. He said it was the headlight levelling system, so....my information is second hand.
ChrisTTopher Lloyd

Default It is the Xenon self-leveing system. It has an arm that pushes up into a solenoid or something ..

like that. If you go up a hill slowly, you can actually see the headlights adjusting themselves! pretty cool to watch.

I don't know how the system works, but I was also told it is for the headlights.

My lights did not need adjustment like some others have had to do after I put in the H&R Sport Springs.

Default If you lower the same at front and rear......

then the headlight levelling device should not need any adjustment.
ChrisTTopher Lloyd
