Question for Jeff: on getting power from the RJ-45 outlet??????
Is ther a more detailed instructions on This subject???
the ones ive seen posted seem very vauge at best
and i dont quite comprehend the db25 diagram
Or will you be selling a kit???
And can you make w/ the RJ45 into what ever power jack you want to. (I Hate Ipod, Iriver>IPOD)

Vague? It's straight-forward. Get a male DB-25 connector, Rat-shack has them...

solder a jumper across the terminals you want powered.
jumper pins 1-3 for GND
4-8 for constant power
5-6 for switched power.
get a RJ-45 cable, A.K.A CAT-% cable, cut off one end, find the wires,
you got power.
