Radio volume bar move up and down. Anyone every see this?

Radio volume bar move up and down. Anyone every see this?
Has anyone every had there radio volume increase and decrease without touching the volume control. I don't mean the speed or noise sesitive volume control. I actually saw the volume bar appear on the radio and move up and down. This was really wierd.

Correct me if I am wrong or maybe I have never noticed but when the volume changes due to an increase or decrease in speed the actual volume bar does not show up and move up then down then up then down then up again all within 15 seconds, through these changes my speed did not change.
