Default Rare Post

I have not been an active contributor to this forum but for the past 2 1/2 years I have been addicted to this forum. June of '99 I had some questions that Brad W was kind enough to give me some straight forward answers about visiability problems while contemplating the purchase of the TT. In August of '99 I took deliverly of my 2000 silver TTQ. Got involved with Jenner and Larry TT in the borla group buy and met the boys in Manchester for installation. I love the TT but found that it did not have enough power for my liking. Purchased chip from AWI and found some relief. It was a hassle to change the chip every time I went for service but did not want to jeopardize the warranty. I have followed what others have done to get increased power but I am not willing to take that path. It is now two years later and 15,000 miles and I have decided it is time for a change. Test drove a new porsche C2 and fell in love with the car. The power is awesome and the handling is great. I will never knock the TT as it is a great atomobile and I had my eye on it since '95 when it was a concept car. I enjoy this forum very much and found that most people are genuine and will go out of their way to help. Thats my story..
I have the following items that will not be going with the TT:
GIAC 180 TTQ chip
Winter floor mats
Bailey DV (never used-still in box with candy)
Unfortunity I did not keep the original exhaust and the borla will stay with the car.

I would like to sell the items as a package. I am asking $500.00 for everything. Email me if you have any interest. I live in western CT.

Default after driving a quattro, i'm surprised to see that you're going with a C2 instead of a C4.

you may need it on those snowy days...and besides a set of Dunlop M2's.

good luck to you. i personally would like to get a C4...but just don't have the resources. parts costs more, and so does service. i'm sure you'll enjoy it immensely.

Default Wow! Long time no speak!

How are things going Larry? Sorry to see you are selling the TT.

Good luck and please post a pic when you get the Porsche. Post the items for sale in the classified on here and also at auditt.org, Jake will put them there as well. Make certain you say the chip is for a 2000 TTQ, only car is can go into. Is that with the ECU?

LarrySS is using his initials . . . I just don't have much of an imagination when it came to creating a Forum ID! lol I could have used what I called my car, but decided against that.
