Rattle from air intake system

Rattle from air intake system
Hey I'm hearing a tapping type rattle noise come from the new K&N air intake system I just installed. The rattle was there before the new air intake but its much louder now with the new one. It only makes the rattle noise when I rev the engine hard up to 4000rpm. I do not belive the air intake system is the problem its just that I hear the rattle come from the filter. anyone have any idea what it could be ?

Is the noise coming from the unit which holds the ait filter?
are the bolts around the casing loose? is there anything in the Mass Air flow sensor part? Might have some debrie possible come off the mass air flow sensor and now is rattling around the sensor unit.

Might be worth taking the air inlet body out. Give it a bit of a shake and see if any rattling is present. Just be careful of the mass air flow sensor they can be quite delicate
